Service Process
1
Initial Consultation
The first step in our bathtub restoration process is the initial consultation. During this stage, one of our experienced technicians will visit your home to assess the condition of your bathtub. We discuss your specific needs, preferences, and any concerns you might have. This is also the perfect time to choose custom options such as colors or finishes if you're considering them. Our technician will take precise measurements and provide a detailed explanation of the restoration process tailored to your bathtub's condition and your requirements. This consultation ensures that all aspects of the project are clearly understood and agreed upon before any work begins.

2
Surface Preparation
Proper preparation is crucial for a successful bathtub refinishing. This stage involves thoroughly cleaning the bathtub to remove any soap scum, stains, or residues. We then repair any visible damage such as chips, cracks, or rust spots to ensure a smooth surface. This might involve applying fillers and performing some light sanding to ensure that the surface is perfectly smooth and ready for the coating application. The area around the bathtub is also protected with tarps and masking tape to safeguard your bathroom fixtures and flooring from any splashes or spills during the refinishing process.
3
Application of Coating
Once the bathtub is prepared and the area is secured, we proceed to apply the refinishing coating. Our technicians use a specialized spray gun to apply a durable primer, followed by several layers of a high-quality acrylic polymer coating. This material is specifically designed for bathtubs and provides a glossy, durable finish that looks like new. Depending on the ventilation and temperature, this stage requires precision and attention to detail to ensure an even application and to avoid any drips or imperfections.

4
Finishing and Polishing
After the final coat is applied, the bathtub is left to cure for a specific period, usually 24 to 48 hours, depending on the materials used and the ambient conditions. Once cured, the surface is inspected for any imperfections, which are then corrected. The finishing touches involve polishing the bathtub to achieve a high gloss and protective finish that enhances the bathtub’s resistance to wear and tear. Finally, all masking and protective coverings are removed, and the work area is cleaned up, leaving your bathroom tidy and your newly refinished bathtub ready for use.
